去年summer 種的,

10月收割後,

中心的嫩葉可做salad,

把根留下,用newspaper wrapped 住佢,

11-12月再種回盆到,可看見以萌芽,

另外加一個盆倒轉蓋住,不要比它們見光,(因見光長出來的葉會好苦)

把它放到屋內force it to grow,

2星期後就見嫩嫩的葉
